My Journey

Voices in my head keep telling me I'm mistaken
This life that I live has me feeling forsaken
And everyday I feel a confrontation
Because of Him, I get loves impression. Yes I do.
All my friends have turned their back on me
But his blood, his love has set me free
The time gone past, my life was just a waste
I wish my past was just an empty space
These burdens, my problems, the weight is quite the load
With Him I walk the path, the righteous road
This is my journey
Temptation from the past tries to get me to stumble
The weight and the pressure makes me want to crumble
But I still have this joy that no one understands
I walk this jagged road with God who holds my hand. Yes I do.
